RB Services has partnered with High Production Inc. (HPI) to bring the Little Bully and Vortex SpinBlasters to the users of garnet as a blast abrasive.  Both systems enhance the benefits of the blast garnet.

HPI knows that abrasive blasting equipment needs to be dependable. Their goal is to provide economical surface preparation equipment and accessories to reduce manpower and increase productivity.   HPI realizes that successful surface preparation equipment must be absolutely user friendly, safe, long lasting, and require little maintenance.   Their patented equipment does exactly that.

The Vortex 4000 Spin Master has already set new production records by blasting up to 1200 square feet an hour (commercial blast on new steel) with one man and one machine! Improved wear and abrasive efficiency are substantial benefits, and to top things off the system can be doubled (up to 2400 sf/hr) or tripled (up to 3600 sf/hr) to create a blast pattern over five feet wide!

The revolutionary "Little Bully" patented hand held spin blaster was introduced to the HPI product line. This lightweight machine is very fast and very efficient using less abrasive, less fuel, and less blasting hours than standard single nozzle blasting. The "Little Bully" hand spin blaster is a definite must for all abrasive blasting contractor.

LITTLE BULLY HANDHELD SPINBLASTER

This unit weighs in at a very manageable 11.6 pounds (5.3 kg without the nozzles or hose) and provides a 4.5 to 10 inch (114 mm to 254 mm) blast pattern. The twin nozzles spin at approximately 400 RPM. Your blast time will be reduced and your abrasive consumption will be more efficient. The unit is fast, tough, and lightweight.

VORTEX 4000 SPIN MASTER

The Vortex 4000 allows for automated abrasive blasting of steel and other substrates.  “Single” unit production rates of up to 1200 square feet per hour with 1 operator (commercial blast on new steel) and “double” unit production rates of up to 2400 square feet per hour with 1 operator (commercial Blast on new steel) are possible.  Additional benefits include reduced abrasive consumption, reduced manpower and reduced support equipment requirements.
